Leadership
Lombard Tech was founded by Joseph Marsden, a highly accomplished IT recruiter and one of Phaidon International's top performers in Europe. With deep expertise across the Western European Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure markets, he went on to take a broader commercial and operational role at TwentyAI before launching Lombard Tech as a modern, independent alternative.
